The ideal candidate will be self-employed, develop long term relationships with his/her clients, assess their needs and provide them the right solutions in protection and investment.

  • Find and approach clients outdoors
  • Assess risk and present the appropriate consultancy
  • Quote, convert, renew and maintain general insurance policies
  • Service customers via telephone calls, emails and general administration
  • Consistently demonstrate high customer service standards by ensuring a high level of customer engagement and meeting and exceeding customer expectations whilst acting with integrity
  • Proactively anticipate customer issues and take appropriate action
  • Adhere to company quality and underwriting standards
  • Participate in the achievement of individual and departmental targets and objectives

  • Minimum age: 21 years old
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration /Political Science/ Law or MBA with 1 to 5 years of experience
  • Fluent in Arabic, English. French is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Customer oriented with good negotiation and communication skills
  • Pro-active and independent hands-on working style with ability to deliver high-quality results, even under time pressure
  • A car is a must
